Why Faith on the Front Porch?
Back in the 1970's, during the post-Woodstock era, we would sit around on the front porch strumming our guitars, playing original acoustic music in the vein of Crosby, Stills, and Nash, or Joni Mitchell, and people would walk by, and bring their instruments up on the porch, and just join in. It was all about the music back then. A peaceful time. We decided to try and capture that groove with Faith on the Front Porch, playing a laid back musical style, incorporating Christian values, and inviting the listener to take off their shoes, relax, and hum along.
